I am fascinated by the power of color and create accessories that incorporate techniques from traditional Japanese crafts.
The colors produced by metal seem to hold emotions and stories that cannot easily be expressed in words.

each piece is finished with the feeling of layering a story through color.
The brand name “Half Down” was inspired by the idea of slightly loosening guitar strings by tuning them down a half step. It reflects the wish that people will cherish moments where they can relax and release a little tension.
In the midst of busy days, I hope my creations can become a small moment that helps ease and unwind the heart.

金属が生み出す色彩には、言葉にできない感情や物語が宿るように感じています。 やわらかな光をたたえた色、心をそっとくすぐるような色。 ひとつひとつの作品に、色彩で物語を重ねるような気持ちで仕上げています。
ブランド名「Half Down」は、ギターの弦を半音下げて緩めるように、少し力を抜いて過ごせる時間を大切にしてほしい――そんな想いを込めて名付けました。 忙しい日々の中で、ふと心をほどくきっかけになるような。 そんな存在になれたら嬉しいです。
