I hope to help people feel closer to the beauty of traditional Japanese textiles. Through its soft texture, rich colors and patterns, and its light yet durable quality, I want you to truly experience the charm of Kurume Kasuri in your hands.
Kasuri is not something old-fashioned that only grandmothers use—it is thoughtfully designed and crafted so that younger generations can enjoy it as well.

久留米絣の端切れを組み合わせて、日常使いできるカジュアルなバッグや小物を製作しています。 日本の伝統織物の良さをもっと身近に感じていただきたい思いもあります。柔らかな感触、風合いのある色や柄、軽いのに丈夫など久留米絣の良さを手に取って感じていただきたいと思います。絣は古臭いおばあちゃんが使っているものではなく、若い人たちにも使えるように考えて製作しています。
